Interviewer: How long does it take on average, the cases. It’s ball park, but how long does it take?
Attorney: I find that cases, because of court congestion and the number of cases that are out there, I think sometimes we have cases that go on for a long time. Cases that go to trial can take more than a year to get to. But the case can be negotiated and plea-bargained; it should be able to be resolved somewhere between three months, six months and maybe even nine months.
