  • Since 1989, Eric has been a sole practitioner, specializing in criminal law and civil litigation. He has taught numerous law clerks and interns, and he is a member of the Nassau Country Bar Association Mentor Program. He has tried cases ranging from homicide to traffic violations.
  • Between 1985 and 1989, Mr. Sachs was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx County, where he was responsible for the prosecution of all criminal matters, including the trials of violations through violent felony offenders. He also supervised new Assistant District Attorneys and taught trial skills.
